Rates

The rates indicated, expressed in Euros, are intended for a minimum of 4 nights (in low season) or 7 nights (in medium and high season) for the rental of the entire structure to a maximum of 8 people.
Booking and Payment

The booking, online or by telephone, is considered confirmed following payment, by bank transfer, of 30% of the amount of the stay as a non-refundable deposit, associated with a € 600 security deposit which will be returned 7 days after departure, by bank transfer to the current account used for the payment of the deposit. . Upon receipt of the relevant receipt, to be sent to the email address info@villamerlata.com, we will send the guest the tourist rental agreement, to be returned duly completed and signed.

With the payment of the deposit we implicitly believe that the Regulations of Villa Merlata have been read and accepted in all their parts.

The balance, together with the final cleaning costs (Euro 200), must be paid upon check-in.
In case of total closure of the regions due to Covid 19 lockdown, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Security deposit

The security deposit will be returned to our Guests by bank transfer to the current account used for the payment of the deposit within 7 days from the check-out date, after deduction of any damage caused to the residence or to the objects contained therein, as detailed in the Regulations.
In the event of damage exceeding Euro 600, the Property will ask the Guests for compensation for the damage in the amount equal to the cost of repair and / or replacement.
Final cleaning

The final cleaning costs, equal to Euro 200, are not included in the cost of the stay and must be paid together with the balance.

Any requests for cleaning or linen change additional to what is included in the cost of the stay, can always be provided for a fee and will be quoted according to a price list indicated in the Regulations.
City tax

The Guest is required to pay the tourist tax, equal to 1 Euro / person / day, for a maximum of 5 nights, to be paid in cash to the Assistant at the time of check-in.
Not applicable to children under the age of 12.
Check-in and Check-out
Check in from 16:00 to 20:30

We ask our kind Guests to let us know their arrival time in order to better organize the reception, which includes a welcome drink.

In the case of check-in after the scheduled time, you are asked to pay the Assistant an acknowledgment of Euro 30.

In the case of check-in after 00:00, it is mandatory to pay the Assistant the sum of Euro 100.
Check-out by 10.00. Respect of the departure time is required, in order to allow the Guests who will come after you to find the Residence perfectly in order.
Pool

Minors

For children we provide a camp cot and high chair, to be requested when booking.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult of age.
Animals
 Smoke
It is forbidden to smoke indoors.
In respect of the Guests who will come after you, we ask that the large outdoor spaces be exploited, taking care to put the butts in the special dinner holders that you will find distributed in the residence.
